We believe at Hundreds of Tiny Threads that weddings are the most magical of days and should be the most joyous. But we also recognise that for many it can be a daunting time where there are a multitude of different decisions, timings and planning to be organised. We would like to help.
Our experience is in project management. Qualified in project and programme management, with experience of dealing with all levels of management, suppliers and contractors, we pride ourselves on our people management skills. We have the experience to make your wedding the most memorable of days for all the right reasons.
We have extensive knowledge in how to chose the right venue, organise the day, ensure things run to time, and pride ourselves on our attention to detail. We have all the necessary contacts to ensure that you have the right suppliers providing the right goods at the right time. We can book a variety of entertainment for you: from church choirs, soloists, jazz musicians, string quartets, bands and discos - whatever you need. But most importantly, it is about listening to you and your needs and making sure you really do have the time of your life!
So in order to do this we have put together a range of different types of package for you to choose from:
Package 1: Initial Consultancy
We will have an initial discussion on the phone with you about what your requirements are. We will then meet with you and discuss your wedding arrangements, making suggestions and help you to make a plan. Our meeting will last approximately 2 hours and cover all aspects of your day. It is a one off fee. This package is aimed at those people who want to do the arrangements themselves but are struggling to make the first steps and feel overwhelmed. If you want help with just one item e.g. going shopping for an outfit for the groom or organising only the flowers, we would also be happy to discuss a special, one-off fee.
Package 2: Venue Search
Finding the suitable venue can be difficult. We will sit down with you and discuss your requirements and priorities. We will go away, do our research and then we will construct a list of potential venues. After a further discussion, we will arrange visits to the those which are at the top of your list and help you make your final decision and booking
Package 3: Invite Management
For some, the construction and management of invites can be one of the more stressful things to be done. Our Invite Management service takes away all the stress. We will meet and discuss your invite criteria, take the details you give us, and manage the sending and receiving of the invites, keeping you informed on who is attending.
Package 4: Part Management
After an initial telephone conversation, we will set up a meeting to discuss your requirements. The aim of this package is to help you arrange your wedding. We will listen to your requirements and arrange an agreed set of activities such as florists etc. We will not take on all of your tasks, only the ones you want us to. Then, one week before the wedding, we will leave you to it, giving you a last minute list for you to manage yourselves. This package is aimed at those who are busy but do not want to relinquish all control.

Package 5: Full Management
This is the deluxe package and this end-to-end management is reflected in the price. Through a series of scheduled meetings we will take control of all aspects of organising your wedding. We will organise all suppliers. At your discretion we will also attend any personal meetings such as discussions with your minister, to ensure everything is covered. We will also be available on the day at the venues to ensure everything is going smoothly. As this is a bespoke package tailored just for you, the fee will vary but will be agreed in advance.

Package 6: Rescue Management
Sometimes the best laid plans go astray. Depending on the length of time to the day itself, we will tailor a package which will see us take control of the main aspects of your day and sort them out for you. This includes management on the day itself.
Weddings abroad
Although we are based in the UK, we are happy to discuss your wedding if you are planning it outside of the UK. Our costs for this are on a truly tailored basis.
Pricing Structure
| Package 1: Initial Consultancy | £150 | This contains an initial telephone call to discuss your arrangements followed by a face-to-face meeting. A discussion will take you through what needs to be done for a successful day, address any specific concerns and help you prioritise your tasks. The end product is a plan which you then use to help manage the day yourselves |
| Package 2: Venue Search | £150 | We will meet to discuss your criteria and then do the search for you. We will meet again to discuss those we have visited and then narrow down the selection for you then to visit and make your final decision. We can arrange the booking for you should you wish. |
| Package 3: Invite Management | £150 | We will take you list of people who you want to invite (A List and B List) and ask you the criteria you are using (and any specific considerations you might have) and then write and send out the invites. If necessary we will liaise with the printers and manage your invite budget. We will manage all the responses and present you with a list of those attending with any special requirements they might have. |
| Package 4: Partial Management | £1100 | This contains an initial telephone call to discuss your arrangements followed by a two hour face to face meeting to discuss your requirements. We will agree a schedule of meetings (either by conference call or face-to-face). We will agree a list of tasks that we will become responsible for. We will construct a plan to be agreed with yourselves and will project manage the wedding up until one week before the day itself when we will have our final meeting to go through the final tasks which you will be responsible for. |
| Package 5: Full Management | 10% of your agreed budget (minimum of £1900) | We will arrange to meet and go over your requirements. We will have weekly conference calls (or at whatever interval you like) to discuss arrangements. We will arrange all suppliers for the day, invoicing, take control of your budget and timeline of tasks. Budgets invariably change throughout the planning process; our 10% fee is based on the final figure, payable one week before the wedding. We will be available on the day to ensure all things go well. For a small extra fee we can even stay the night of the wedding to make sure everything is completed on the day after. We would follow up the whole experience with a final meeting once you have returned from honeymoon. |
| Package 6: Rescue Management | Bespoke depending on the amount of time to the day itself | Basically, this is the taking over the things left to do and managing them and the day itself so you can sit back and relax! We will have a series of meetings to get up to speed and get started straight away. |
